  1. Had a Khazix sell all of his items for item 3070 and he ran down lanes Wasn't Banned
  2. Had a Lulu on the enemy team intentionally feed my lane Wasn't Banned
  3. Had a Warwick spamming the N word in chat and I can careless what you say doesnt bother me I wanted him to be banned for acting like a child but guess what He Wasn't Banned
  4. Several AFKs and yet to get an instant feedback report

I cant remember the last time I got one. These arn't just people who fed there lane and were actually still trying these were people being toxic and trolling and they have not been punished so here's what I want

  1. people to be punished for legitimate intentionally feeding, AFK, and just being toxic
  2. even if they are just given a warning I want to know, I want to know that the system is working and it was their first offense
  3. I want to know what they were banned for that way we know that the system isnt just ignoring any types of toxicity

  1. Gameplay trolling does get banned, but it takes longer to prove than chat offenses. Riot has to see a pattern before they can accurately filter trolls from low skill and bad games. The issue gets further complicated by players who report trolling/intentional feeding when it's not actually happening.

  2. The system takes time. It's not an instant punish as soon as you reports. Maybe your report pushed him to the edge, or he jumped into another game before your report registered and someone else got the notification.

  3. So-called "zero tolerance" words and phrases are better described as "minimal tolerance". It takes fewer instances to hit the punish threshold, but it's still not necessarily a 1 game/1 ban scenario. It does, however, bypass both chat restriction levels straight to a 2-week.

  4. It's well-known at the point that feedback on reports made is notoriasly sparse. Personally, I'd like to see the feedback system includes reports filed in the past 5-15 games. To me, that would seem a good compromise between increasing clarity the system is working without overwhelming players' notifications area.

  5. Leaves and AFK's are handled under the LeaverBuster system and therefore, you will never receive a feedback notice on those reports.

There does need to be some grey areas, or people will try to game the system to get away with riding just below the punishment line. I know the system is working because of the the complaints on this board, but I fully agree the current feedback system does a poor job at reassuring players their reports matter.

Here's the thing: I know Riot has been attempting to develop faster detection for trolling and inting. And yeah, the tears/mid is pretty blatant, but how often do you actually see it in games? I don't think I've seen it more than a couple times over several years of playing. It's much harder to spot when the troll one-tricks the same build every game.
