I got Honor level 0 pretty much the day of the new honor system (Recieved a 25 game chat restriction ) and have been stuck there since. I just logged in, and finally got the notification I'm HL 1 now. I was one of those people thinking the system was bugged because I'd been on my best behavior (to avoid the next tier of punishment) and have been getting ludicrous amounts of honors yet still was stuck Honor Level 0 for nearly half a year. Glad to see there isnt a bug, and it really is just a time investment.

Honor Level 0 here for 49 days and 171 games after 10-game chat restriction and still 0. Can you tell me the exact time/number of games by chance? It feels beyond ridiculous.
