Behavioral Warnings need to stop

I've gotten 3 warnings today, and probably at least 20 since the report system update. 0 bans, 0 chat restrictions.

Riot, this needs to be reworked and fixed. A simple quick look at the chat log before firing a warning would do. This is ridiculous.

Here is what I'm 90% sure is happening: Trolls are being toxic and realize they are getting constant warnings. Now they are reporting people for Offensive Language (the one that triggers the warnings) on purpose to scare them even when they have done nothing wrong.

So here are the games with warnings (all Offensive Language):

Hide and Seek #1: Our Hec was constantly spamming pings and telling the seekers my location, so I decided to cap points and end the game. I admit I may have deserved a warning for griefing (doesn't exist at the moment), but considering I didn't say a word, the warning shouldn't have been Offensive Language.

Hide and Seek #2: All I typed was lol in the chat but the seeker Lulu was upset because of the items we bought, so she reported everyone (for Offensive Language) and it triggered a warning.

Normal Game - Yi Mid: Our Trist and Trundle flamed me for going Yi mid (the 15-2-2 game), and were probably trying to grief and troll me. However I dominated lane and got a penta kill and that made them even more upset so they reported me for (guess what?) Offensive Language.

At this point most of my friends have gotten multiple warnings yet none of us have been banned or chat restricted. System needs reworking. And for those who are just reporting Offensive Language to trigger warnings to scare/annoy people, they need to be banned.
