I will leave this thread here because I have a very strong suspicion that the perma-ban hammer is falling on my account soon.
Riot has stated that I am toxic, but very low level on toxicity scale... which is enough for a permaban as long as reform does not occur. I have no way of knowing how close it is, but I sure wish I did.

Yes. That happened in early S2. I restarted and was fine, for the past 3 years I had zero punishments, placing me at zero punish level.
But in S6 I was permabanned from zero punishment tier because of what seemed like a rogue Riot agent randomly permabannining me when it was not called for. The ban was later overturned when they realized that it was incredibly unjust to ban me for what amounted to extremely low level toxicity.
The argument is; Once again I sense the false/unjust permaban approaching. I am worried.

the thick skulled was if you are still toxic and still getting perma ban. as you see in my 2nd comment on here i reverted a bit from the strong statement i made. so ya know some tough love and some encouraging words. kinda like when you get a spanking by dad because u knew it was bad if he was doing the spanking and it was harsh and quick and at the end he spoke to you and from that you were reassured and encourage that you can reform and do better

Or just don't be toxic. It's not hard.
You don't need to be relentlessly positive, you just need to avoid excessive negativity. The occasional "wtf are you doing" isn't going to get you punished. But spending entire games arguing with your team in an immature fashion that detracts from everybody's experience is when punishments start getting thrown out.

oSEXYPLATYPUSo1 votesplz dont get me wrong if you are legit in trying not to be toxic and really working on that and you avoid this 2nd ban your fearful of then by all means be a non toxic part of the community and i welcome you. people make mistakes in life and on here. and when you reflect on those mistakes take responsibility for them and dont try to deflect it onto others and you are trying to improve yourself as a person then i will gladly encourage you. but if you continue down the same road and not learn and dont change then you cant be reformed and just like criminals that cant be reformed they need to locked away from society * league community * forever. hopefully you are trying to change for the better. best of luck
