Don't go afk after a small thing doesn't go your way

Last game: The situation is looking good; we r stomping the enemy team in the ground... when a team fight starts, our is split-pushing top, prompting us to lose the fight.

Suddenly, out of nowhere our jungler says "gg i'm done Tryn is never with us in fights" and disconnects. Nobody was flaming him, we were winning the game, just a tiny oopsie and he goes afk. Thankfully, we won that game because we were so ahead.

Here is another example: Again, we are winning the game; kinda. Our support is had a rough time in lane and decided to not buy sight stone. He goes top to solo take gromp while a teamfight brews 2 meters away from him. He gets caught taking gromp and dies... He rage-quits and only comes back when we totally lost our lead. We lost that game

My last example: Enemy jungler forgot smite and it's looking like a free win. We cheese the enemy red and get first blood... Going back, our top laner accidentally takes the jungler's blue buff... He proceeds to int and lose us an easy game...

People these days are so willing to give up winning games, just for pride; these were all ranked games and this happens much more often than you think; it's sad to know that they will never be punished for this in any way...

pls don't rage quit; especially when ur winning.
