"Someone dodge I want to get high"
Is there a way we can report this shit? It isn't funny or cool or whatever they are trying to come across as.

I would personally report them at the end of the game as they're trying to hold you hostage. Potentially play with someone who is going to be high and possibly dysfunctional... or dodge and get a queue timer yourself. It's not fair and they're being a jerkoff.

Honestly if someone wants to get high they should dodge themselves, it's not like they are going to be in a state of mind where they should be playing soon anyways. Better if they take the fall for it since they won't suffer from the time delay anyways.
And they should have had the foresight to not queue up for a match anyways if they wanted to get high. If you queue for a match then you have committed to playing it out. If your teammates want to play then they shouldn't have to dodge.
I literally only play high lol, like 100% of the time and about 50% its with my buddies.
It's the best - it's also why i don't usually play Ranked - but i do quite alright for myself in Draft (if my match history is anything to go by) if i pick Diana and ONLY Diana lol. I am liable to feed my behind off if i pick anyone else.
