reason xj9 banned. worst thing is death threat. the nude thing has nothing to do with his ban so stop mentioning it + you guys take it out of context

unban xj9 thanks 4 and a half years later and people still harass him and say hes mental when they haven't seen/talked to the guy ever since his ban. instead you judge him because of 1 thing? what? is that logical?

if you say a 21 year old adult doesn't deserve an unban due to stuff that happened when he was a young kid + emotionally abused I'm sorry but you're a shit person.

Question: Was the ban - at the time of it happening - justified?

If the answer is "yes", then I don't care if it makes me a shit person, he doesn't deserve an unban. I don't know or care who xj9 is, but bans don't get overturned unless they're in error.

Also, I don't think there's ever been a case where someone was unbanned because some random person - not the banned player themselves - called for them to be unbanned. I could be wrong, and anyone who has an example is free to correct me and show me it, but. Yeah.

Lastly, another important question: Has xj9, whoever they may be, been ID banned? If no, then they're free to create another account. If they've grown up and learned their lesson from when they got permabanned, they likely won't see another punishment. If they can't compose themselves according to the rules, though, the punishment(s) they get is/are all on them.

He doesn't care about the accounts, want's ability to play the game.

Too many people twist the story and add BS to it and talk about things that have nothing to do with the ID ban nor are they relevant due to how much time has passed. XJ9 is a changed person. An adult functions way better mentally than a young kid who was emotionally tortured (based off what xj9 has said on his facebook over the years).

People do not think about his perspective or anything like that, and take what he says serious.

Brace yourselves for xj9 shit posters who lie about him and will parish for their sins.

If he really wanted to play the game, he probably should've adhered to the rules. If he got ID banned, then that means he put a hell of a lot of effort into ruining other people's matches, and Riot had to put their foot down.

And nobody should. If punishments were swayed by seeing from the perspective of those about to be punished, the system would be horrendously flawed.

He was given a set of rules to play by, and it doesn't matter if he was emotionally tortured or what his perspective was, if he can't play by the rules, he can't play at all.

Also, not to go off on a tangent, nor to disrespect you, but you used the wrong word.

You know, throwing out insults and spewing hate are pretty counter-intuitive if you want people to see your side. Just from your lack of respect and over-the-top fit, I have zero reason to hope for them to get their ID ban lifted. You hurt their name probably more than they themselves did.

That doesn't change the fact that he made a death threat. Not only that, but 17 is literally one year away from being an adult - at 17, I'd expect a hell of a lot more maturity out of someone. They're not a kid, and they should be way more mature.

Yeah, I find it confusing that people give an arbitrary cutoff for maturity. Yes, "adulthood" is defined by a distinct age cutoff, but being an adult is not the same as being mature. I have played games with people who were anywhere from age 10 to age 70+. I have seen a 60 year old "man" behave as if he were younger than the 10 year old "kid". In my experience, age is not significantly correlated with behavioral maturity, beyond the basic formative years (birth to mid elementary age)

XJ9 has to reach out to try and get his ID ban lifted. It is his responsibility to do so. Be mindful, even if the ID ban is lifted: any previously banned accounts would not be unbanned for him.

Explicit death threats in writing can result in felony charges in the USA, and that's just one of many things he was guilty of. Seems like a perfectly reasonable justification to keep him away from the community to me.
