reason xj9 banned. worst thing is death threat. the nude thing has nothing to do with his ban so stop mentioning it + you guys take it out of context

unban xj9 thanks 4 and a half years later and people still harass him and say hes mental when they haven't seen/talked to the guy ever since his ban. instead you judge him because of 1 thing? what? is that logical?

if you say a 21 year old adult doesn't deserve an unban due to stuff that happened when he was a young kid + emotionally abused I'm sorry but you're a shit person.

Question: Was the ban - at the time of it happening - justified?

If the answer is "yes", then I don't care if it makes me a shit person, he doesn't deserve an unban. I don't know or care who xj9 is, but bans don't get overturned unless they're in error.

Also, I don't think there's ever been a case where someone was unbanned because some random person - not the banned player themselves - called for them to be unbanned. I could be wrong, and anyone who has an example is free to correct me and show me it, but. Yeah.

Lastly, another important question: Has xj9, whoever they may be, been ID banned? If no, then they're free to create another account. If they've grown up and learned their lesson from when they got permabanned, they likely won't see another punishment. If they can't compose themselves according to the rules, though, the punishment(s) they get is/are all on them.

Explicit death threats in writing can result in felony charges in the USA, and that's just one of many things he was guilty of. Seems like a perfectly reasonable justification to keep him away from the community to me.
