How Hard is it to Report an Obvious Troll?

Seriously.

Just finished a game with a troll jungle who spent the first half of the game farming while delivering empty promises they would gank. Spoiler alert, they hardly, if ever, ganked. Then mid game hits and the player intentionally feeds while claiming they aren't. And, to top off this steaming pile with a rotten cherry...the player announced that they were getting themselves popcorn to enjoy the low elo players (the player actually used those exact words) and went afk for several minutes. When they returned they moved their champion around the map simply to allow their champion and allies to die.

And what could make it any more terrible? The opposing team treated it all like one big joke and left without even bothering to report the troll.

Do you people honestly enjoy having such assholes running amok in ranked play?

Why can't we all at least try and be part of the solution and report someone who is obviously breaking the rules?

There is a difference between trolling in a game building something that you aren't supposed to and not being very good at the game
