Man this sucks. I just got Leaver buster time penalty because my comcast went out for 10 minutes.

Now i know it doesnt just take 1 game but my only leaves today were dodging trolls in champ select. I had to dodge 2 games today because of people arguing in champ select and wanting to go triple adc and stuff like that. Now during my last game while under my turret all the sudden i start getting reconnect message.......never lagged just went straight to reconnect.

Then my girlfriend said she lost connection on her pc so thats when i realized our internet was out.....it was down 10 minutes and i was able to reconnect and finish the game.

our team won...then when i get to the post game screen i get the Leaver Buster time penalty.

I know there is no way for them to track it but it sucks to have dodging trolls counted against you.

No, you got the leaver buster penalty because you were leaving. Don't dodge, and you would have had some slack to compensate for your dropped connection.

Entirely your fault. Don't do that next time.

ok, i know you want to be that guy that just has to be a jerk about it, but im not about to play a ranked game when my team cant even get out of champ select without arguing. Or troll picking just because they didnt get their role and are hell bent on playing adc nomatter what role they got. Id rather lose 3lp for the dodge then lose 18 to 20 on top of at least 20 minutes with a team arguing with each other and 1 possibly intent feeding.

And what are you saying No for? i dont think there was a yes or no question asked.

i know the dodges going against me is my fault for dodging , im not retarded. Im just saying its stupid that they count against you.....its like your forced to most likely deal with a troll or get a time penalty.

I'm not "being a jerk", I'm explaining how the system works. It is your job to play the games you wind up with, and one of the rules you agreed to is don't dodge games. Did the other 9 people in that game deserve to lose their team comp?

This is really, really simple. Don't do that, and you won't get punished.

Dodge penalties and leaverbuster penalties are two completely separate things. If you had dodged 100 games today or 0 it would have no impact on the punishment you receive for leaving an in-progress game. Dodge penalties reset daily. Your leaverbuster status improves by playing a significant amount of games without leaving.

The leaverbuster punishment you received was for all of the in-progress games you left only.

well apparently you do.........because i know for sure this game did not just give me a 5 game low priority que for being DC in 1 game for 10 minutes..

I never DC, and i never afk in games. i dodged 2 games today and then this happened with my internet and now im have low priority que.....so if you are not supposed to get leaver buster for dodging then they need to fix this.
