Conditions for leaving

I was just wondering, and I'd like a Red's call on this.

Is it okay for a person to leave:

In a Normal game, as a solo player who was matched with a four-man premade that is verbally harassing the person AND intentionally feeding?

The SC does say a person can't leave, but there are exceptions.

The context for this is that I was in a game with someone on the ENEMY team, as the ADC, whose support AND jungler went top, then the jungler intentionally fed the entire match. And over /all chat, the whole team was harassing her because, as they said, they were a four-man lobby with her as the last player.

The summoners' code does not specify any exceptions. If people are harassing you, you can use the mute button. If they are feeding, especially 4 of them, the game shouldn't last that long anyways.

AFKing is just a way to get yourself punished for someone else's transgression. Sort of like pushing your sister when she's taunting you. You're playing right into her hand by getting yourself punished. Just play and enjoy yourself without them. It's way easier to ignore idiots than to put up with them.

First of all, it's never ok to break the rules. Ever, for whatever reason. The leaverbuster has built in leeway to begin with, but there is still never an acceptable reason to leave a game.

Second, the boards are a horrible way to get in touch with a Rioter. They don't always check the boards. Send in a support ticket if you want to talk right to Riot.
