I hate that people think saying kill yourself will not get them punished.

Why is this not an instant punished phrase? Why is Riot okay with people thinking saying this won't get them punished? It should at least be an instant chat restriction. No one should tell someone to kill themselves and be allowed to continue playing with no repercussions.

Had someone in my last match repeatedly tell his support to kill themselves and get cancer and shit. Over and fucking over because they are 100% certain Riot won't do a damn thing about it and that is bullshit.

Honestly I used to not really care about people being toxic and not getting punished. However when somebody who normally is not toxic goes through a rough time, it shows in the way they talk to their allies in game (granted nothing nearly as offensive and crude as telling people to kill themselves or any of the other stuff I see almost every game), and then THAT person gets punished for an "unusual spike in negativity" while the majority of players I run into game after game continue to spew negativity like it's their job.... yeah that kind of bothers me. It seems like the best way to not get banned in this game is to be excessively toxic every single game. Because I know people who do that and they don't get so much as a warning. But when somebody who is usually never toxic slips up a few times... better get out the two week ban hammer!

Lol I had a person say he will come to my house slit me and my family throat and kill my dog telling me not to test him, send Riot all the screen shot and the threat message on support ticket demanding he get perma ban because no one is the fken world should threat to slit a family throat over a game but you know Riot support system!!! The guy is still playing the game till this very day. If he did get punish and it was a chat restriction then dear hell my faith in Riot support system is sad.

It's important that you are accurate with your reports. RIOT does a lot to ban players who think it's ok to be a complete asshole. If you're being accurate in your reporting it should help.

One game isn't enough unless they're using certain words that shouldn't be said but it'll pile up against them eventually. The boards here are filled with posts of "omg i got banned for bullshit, I only raged and told someone something horrific".

I wish they could do more. I really do. I can't even explain how bad my luck is with matchmaking. It's 90% or more of my games that are affected by someone who not only should be banned but probably will be soon enough. It's nearly every game I have to play from behind and work my ass off feeling like I'm fighting SKT the whole game while there's at least one teammate that's sitting on his thumb or spewing garbage out their pie hole.

Best thing I've found is to find a couple friends you really like to play with regardless of the outcome and play with them for a few games when you tilt.
