They're either inting or jumping into ranked when they just hit level 30...or they're just bad

Lol yes they are! I've seen some terrible feeding in my placements. Fortunately they were on the other team xD went 8-2 in placements. Silver ELO is such hell... So many decent players mixed in with awful players. Makes for some super one sided games.
