Question regarding punishment system

My account has been suspended for 14 days recently. I really do not want to go into this on a deep level however I will say that it was completely deserved and I have been actively reforming my behaviour. However I am worried that one random report for anything and my account will be perma-banned. I really do not want this to happy so I hope Riot can answer this question?

How long am I in danger of getting my account permabanned for the smallest thing? I generally do not use chat in game, even talking to my teammates because I really really do not want to be banned. I have heard that the automated system has banned people at this stage for small things, not even verbal abuse.

I presume there is a probation period after you come back for a 14 day suspension, so when will my account go back to normal.

Also, does getting honoured in games from outside your premade (if you are playing with one) help to reduce the warning level on your account?

I feel like I am treading on eggshells every time I play at the moment.

Also, would it be possible for Riot to extend the mute function in this game, to include laugh/taunt/mastery emotes as some people spam them and it becomes very annoying and distracting.

Coming right off a 14 day ban you are indeed on a knife's edge, and it will take very little to trigger another review. However, if you are not being negative at all then the reports will be false and the review will not result in a punishment.

Basically, as long as you do not engage in any negative behavior you have absolutely nothing to worry about. There isn't really a probation period, but the more you play and show you've reformed the farther you get from possibly being punished. After some time you'll eventually decay down the punishment tiers and can be eligible for lower tier punishments.

Honors have no effect on reports or the Instant Feedback System (all they are for is getting Honor ribbons).

The punishments get worse as it goes on as you appear to be aware of, after a while you should get a notification saying its noticed your recent improvements and such on(I get completely random ones well having no bans or anything) but if your not talking and as long as its not extremely apparent trolling or the such that happens over multiple games it should work out in the end. So if you have a bad game they can report you all they want and it shouldn't matter to much, since we all have bad games from time to time. Just avoid trolling and it should be good.

Edit - Also the part about the automated thing banning for smaller things, it sends you an email with the logs of some of the games it took into consideration, and people will only post about the smallest stuff that happened in the logs and not the parts that actually caused the ban in the first place.
