I'm generally not toxic in game, I generally help players out.
When I do get tilted/salty, I go all out. I want to have myself perma muted in game, either by Riot doing it or being told a way to perma mute myself without being able to reverse it.
I try to not be toxic when tilted/salty, I try. I just need to perma mute myself until I feel more ready.

There's an option to disable all chat, but team chat there's no way. Just mute your whole team. That way, you'll only tilt yourself through their actions and not their words.
I just want to say. PROPS! Props to you for recognizing and taking steps to help reduce toxicity from yourself. Genuinely, that is amazing. I myself can become toxic (we all can right?). The biggest first step is trying to find ways to help yourself. Grats man. You're my favorite person today (within reason... I still love my gf, mom, and dad ;)).
NO its not possible but would be the best feature... i my self wrote a long letter to a support , that he have to perma mute me , PLEASE . they wont . JUST a fucking mute self button like in hots or OV wouild be SOO GOOD. i cant stop rage , when i get dia players in my master games
Or just have the self control to not flame kids. It is a game. No need to be a dick to them.
