There should be some actions that are just auto-punishable

Not taking smite on a jungler in ranked, buying 6 boots, etc.

Yup! The Intentional Feeder detection system was rolled out a while ago, and I believe they're still working on fine tuning the system to ensure that suspensions are given out accurately, while also ensuring that a good number of individuals who are ruining the games for others aren't able to do so. For more information about that system, check out this post by Riot Lyte:

Hey all,

(Neurocat’s out for a week, so I’m dropping in to give an Instant Feedback update)

A few weeks back we launched intentional feeding detection, a long-desired addition to Instant Feedback that hands out 14-day or permanent bans to intentional feeders. Initially, we tuned the detection to be very conservative because we wanted to be absolutely sure Instant Feedback could distinguish bad games from genuine intentional feeding. Now that the system’s crunched through a few million games of data, we feel confident turning intentional feeding detection up a notch.

Like with all adjustments to Instant Feedback, the team will hand review the first few thousand cases to make sure everything’s working the way it’s meant to. This upgrade’s already live in NA, and will roll out worldwide before the end of the year. In fact, the system’s already made its first ban. The /allchat log reads:

[All] (Hecarim): uh... i dont care [All] (Hecarim): and riot will not care [All] (Hecarim): who wants kill?

Oh Hecarim. We care a lot. We’ll update this post when the feature’s gone global.

EDIT ::: We are now rolling the system out in EUW.

i definitely dont feel that "not taking smite on a jungler" and "buying 6 pairs of boots" are remotely close to eachother in severity.

It happened to many people, including me, to forget to take smite while changing masteries, choosing rune pages or generally tabing being distracted or stuff like that. U cant serious lsy expect punishment for that

Not take smite on jungler is not bannable but buy 6 boots and feed it is Player have own style to jungle without you to say to take smite... You job is to play your champion not judje other for thier builds I always play ranked and i choose support but i go jungle just for make my team mad .. u cant do anything for that Only reason i do that is if i see any one use bad or insult words to ban screen so its my personal way to punish the flamers and bad talkers kids and you cant do nothing for that.. but feeding is a way to punish your acoumt not others that why i avoid this

Care for how you speak and stop bully other for their builds and you see lower trolls or we never stop make you mad and u get perma ban soon or later

Auto-punishing things like this might be excessive and contextual. I've seen a few people get aced at the end of the game and sell their items and get boots or 6 teardrops.

item 3070 item 3070 item 3070 item 3070 item 3070 item 3070

There ARE some things that should be Auto-Punished. Like the n-word... and other hate speech. But I'm glad we have systems that try to work on even the people who play Tahm just to eat team mates and spit them under an enemy tower.
