It would work like this: you hover over an ally of enemy, click them and then it shows you what type of cs they have gotten so far.
10 ranged, 16 melee, 2 cannons, etc.
I don't know but i'm not sure also how that would impact you winning so I'd imagine not but...honestly...just don't use it to be safe
Is it giving you an advantage? Yes, you are better informed on what kind of minions, meaning how much gold the enemy has, meaning how close they are to an item or when they will back.
So ya. I wouldn't use it.
I agree with SlayerTay6 that it gives extra info so is not allowed and therefore is ban-able. I wouldn't use it.
Why would you even need a program like that? Yes, it's probably bannable as it gives unfair info.
