I'm looking to possibly get my account un-banned

I know i'm probably reaching when I ask for something along these lines because of how toxic I was to a lot of the people i've played with, but since being banned around a year ago I've gone to therapy and have gotten treatment for my anger suppression. I'm on medication now and I would hope to think that my behavior in turn has changed.

Is there a possibility that my account "charges" be looked at for a possible un-banning? Please?

I really want to start playing this game again! I love league and I'm sorry for all the negativity i've caused in the past, but I would like to prove that I've changed.
