Think I just ran into my 3rd lvl 3 honor person, with 2 being in the same game.

So, yes, it does exist. It just takes 2 months to go up one level.

I wonder if ranked play gets you more honor than normals and aram?

You know what also comes for ranked for the losing team? Severe reports and toxic flames with BMers. Honor is a joke. 2-3 months when the old ribbon could be earned within a week.
