Think I just ran into my 3rd lvl 3 honor person, with 2 being in the same game.

So, yes, it does exist. It just takes 2 months to go up one level.

I wonder if ranked play gets you more honor than normals and aram?

no rofl. at best if you carry your entire team solo but even then rarely. i got my honor 3 lv i'd say 99% aram(weekend funmodes) and 1% ranked.

You know what also comes for ranked for the losing team? Severe reports and toxic flames with BMers. Honor is a joke. 2-3 months when the old ribbon could be earned within a week.
