Everything New is Downvoted in Gameplay

I'm not entirely sure, but I think someone might be using multiple accounts simply to down vote every new thread posted in Gampeplay. It doesn't matter if people are merely asking for help or for information. Lately, everything new posted has received numerous downvotes without reason.

I could be wrong because I've no evidence to support my claim, but it seems suspicious to me.
