@Mods, Quoting the Support Article is not Naming and Shaming [repost]

Hey Very Toxic Jinx, We understand that you were trying to make a point per the subject of the thread, but calling out players for their in-game behavior in a public forum isn't accepted behavior. If you would like to use the examples, you can, you simply have to make sure the names are not visible.

Post was removed for quoting the support article on Reporting a Player (including linking the example images).

If you'd go to the article that I linked at the top of the post as I quoted it, you can see that the images are Riot created images designed to make a point, not actual players that I'm naming and shaming.
