I am playing with a vi

A top lane vi who lost lane to an ezreal. There is nothing wrong with this, except She flamed me for being a shitty jungler She then proceeded to build full ap and troll Then she proceeded to feed intentionally. Her final score was 0/22/5 and her build was I reported her along with everyone else on my team, but I cannot look her in the face and say "you will be punished". I have had players in my games that were toxic beyond belief, but I haven't gotten a notification telling me they have been punished in months. I want them to feel the repercussions of their negative attitude, but I lack the faith in RIOT that they will.
