I hate players like these.

So I just lost a game. Now I'm not going to go on some crazy speech about why riot is stupid or why i think i should be unbanned (lol) anyway. It was a really easy game to begin with, we were 10/2 in the early game and our lee sin snowballed all the lanes pretty early, top and mid especially My adc and i were not fed, but we managed to maintain a 0/0/0 score assuming the other lanes would carry and we could just sit through a free win. Fast forward to about 35 minutes. We had all three inhibitors at this point and the game seemed to be coming to an end. However, because of their anivia and gangplank, it was hard to push the lanes in and our jungler and top lane riven seemed to like to splitpush and get caught a lot. Riven, who was originally 8/0 in the first 15 minutes, was now 10/11 simply because she splitpushed top all game and got ganked like 50 billion times in their base while she was hitting the inhibitor. Anyways, after much struggling, I finally managed to get the team to group up mid and end the game (it was about 40 min at this point and everyone was lvl 18) As we pushed our way down mid, i hooked their anivia near the midlane inhibitor turret because she was dozing off apparently. I thought we had won for sure. except that our riven was sitting in a bush on the side unmoving. We still managed to get anivia into eggform and while we were trying to finish her off, their alistar flash w q's into us, gangplank lands a 4 man barrel, and we get aced. (except for riven who was still sitting in the bush) we were all pretty confused and agitated at the same time, but no one really said anything and we just assumed she was disconnected. The enemy team get baron and retretat back to their base, we didn't take it too seriously. She comes back about 10 minutes later in our base and this is her excuse- (word for word) "Sorry, I was cooking a pogo stick" I don't know what kind of pogo stick she was cooking up, but i don't think that takes 10 minutes* then she proceeds to run into midlane, engages without the team, dies, and we're forced to 4v5 in our base. When we questioned her about wtf she was doing, she says "lol"...Alistar lands another really good w q on viktor and we get aced. as they proceed to win the game. There were a few other small things she did as well, but im too lazy to write out all of them and to be honest, I don't feel like complaining too much but this game left me preeetty tilted.

lol i don't feel like reporting her because she did do pretty well in the early game, she just didn't really listen to team communication all that much I'm pretty sure if we started flaming, she would only play worse, so what would you guys do in a situation where a teammate isn't necessarily feeding, but just doesn't listen to communication and always runs off of their own? (btw it's not like we could group up where SHE was because she would be so overextended that by the time we even tried to get to her, she would be dead)
