Hey I was banned on my main and I would like to know when I will get a response to my ticket?

I made a ticket about 2 weeks ago about my perma ban on my main.

It was for an offensive name and I'm not going to say I didn't deserve a ban or anything, I just want to get a response that isn't automated bs faster than 2 months.

"Youre toxic and dont deserve a response soon!"

If I got a response sooner rather than later I wouldn't be complaining so freaking much.

Idc if they straight up say to me that im a toxic pile of shit and deserved the perma ban so I should F off, at least I got a response and can rest easy.

If you have nothing to say besides insulting me saying im toxic or that i deserved my ban please dont say anything at all, that doesnt make you a better person in any way, shape, or form.

They probably skim tickets and assign them priorities as they come in. If it's been 2 weeks without a response then they must've given it the lowest priority, because the average is probably less than 3 days. They get tickets contesting well earned permabans all the time, so low pri is what I'd expect.

Keep in mind that if you update your ticket it just goes to the bottom of the queue again, so don't do that. Be patient and they will get to it.

Why would they do that and not just respond to it earlier if the person is asking why they got banned, not saying they didnt deserve it?

That's basically what im asking in the ticket.

Because they'd have to investigate your games again. If you really didn't deserve a ban, then it's going to take more than skimming your reform card to come to that conclusion and overturn it; that means whether you're guilty or not, spending extra time to evaluate the ticket is the best option (if you're innocent you're worth the time, if you're not then your ticket shouldn't take priority).

Did you not get a reform card or something? You sound like you expect them to tell you the same thing the reform card did.

they usually force name change, not perma ban, so yea want to know why they didnt.

Have you been resubmitting or asking when they'll get to it? If you're asking multiple times, all that does is push your ticket back to the end of the queue.
