I have a boards member who just admitted to boosting people's accounts by playing directly on their accounts. Its right there in his post. Would like to report. Do I need to submit a support ticket? Can I just give you the link and let you take care of it?

DeepTerrorNami is actually a player, but they do pop on the boards a lot to share information and help players where they can (which is awesome)! ^-^
For something like this, I would suggest contacting player support. They would be the ones to investigate this type of behavior.

What you do on these boards is just as bad as the people who come on here hot and angry at a broken system trying to play pre-school teacher.
However, I believe you do represent the majority for people who regularly look at these forums, but an overwhelming minority of players. I regularly share your post with my "Small" group of friends to laugh at how out of touch you are with the actual community (not the board community).
Haven't really seen a disparity from actual community to real community since D3. But grats.

Actually, Riot reached out to me, encouraged me to apply, and got me past the initial application screening process (jump straight to the design test and interview) based on a Boards post of mine.
There ended up not being an available internship position -> nothing I could get hired for even if they'd wanted me this summer but I'll do the same when next summer's internship applications are submitted.

Deep Terror Nami22 votesI just wasn't around, or I would've responded. Tickets are your go-to option. I won't try to use Player Support contacts to fast-track a case unless absolutely necessary. It's also not easy to get a response from Keyru -_-
When submitting a ticket for an issue on the boards, please screenshot the offending content so they don't have to jump through hoops when the thread (which you also link) is inevitably deleted. Copy-pasting the name in and providing a link to their profile so "L" and "i" and "1" and special characters can't be confused is also a good idea.
