I have a boards member who just admitted to boosting people's accounts by playing directly on their accounts. Its right there in his post. Would like to report. Do I need to submit a support ticket? Can I just give you the link and let you take care of it?

DeepTerrorNami is actually a player, but they do pop on the boards a lot to share information and help players where they can (which is awesome)! ^-^
For something like this, I would suggest contacting player support. They would be the ones to investigate this type of behavior.
Riot Support is on the top of the page. Use it.
Always use tickets not boards posts. There are rules on the boards about name blaming. (Fine to post as long as you don't say their name though.
