No, they do get banned. Just because one person didn't get banned because you reported them doesn't mean they all don't.

They ban and suspend the wrong people half the time you talk a back just a little thats you too and most likely the people in the right get looked like they're in the wrong cause bad kids dont know how to play or control there emotions enough to learn from there mistakes and not start flaming and start the blaming game so they wouldn't be blame kid tactics 101.

well, let's be real her, only YOU will be punished, Most of these people have dozens of accounts, AT LEAST, and will have long since sold them off before anything happened.

Ah, but you forget that Riot has ways of tracking peoples alternate accounts, so it doesn't matter if a troll has dozens of accounts if they continue with the same kind of behavior that got their main account banned in the first place. They do that then Riot will catch on and ban all of their accounts outright and will continue to do so until they either shape up or ship out.

Please don't make the same mistake that RIOT has and underestimate these people.

I use the word troll as a term of convenience, just like I use the word cheater as a convenient '"catch-all" phrase,

What riot tends to catch are the one-off lazy pot heads who buy some cheat suite and have little knowledge of the Internet or Computers.

However there are many other kinds of players engaging in this activity, and not all of them are stupid.

Sorry to break this to you, but suing a company, THREE YEARS LATER is not what I call an optimal solution for those players whose time has been wasted, under the false pretence of fair play.

Also, if you're expecting the popup in client saying "A player you reported has been punished" , don't. This text box only appears to the last person to report them before they get punished.
