Well, yeah, depending on what "complaining" consisted of, it can really make the game shit for other players on your team and/or the enemy team.

And if you haven't gone up in honor since September, that is indicative of you not improving your behavior. If you want to go up in honor, maybe don't have the passive aggressive attitude you have in the OP.
