These are the worst kind of players and they need to be banned

Just had a game where an asshole had their friend just walked their character around in the fountain for the entire first part of the match. Never bought items or did anything other than walk around until 10 minutes in. Apparently they had someone just move their character around for the whole time while they went and got a pizza. By having the other person move their character around, it prevented them from going AFK and allowing us to have a 4v5 (with 4v5 bonuses) or allowing for us to have a remake. Even their duo seemed to disliked them for doing it.

This kind of thing sucks for everyone else on their team. We cant match the lanes since it is still a 4v5, but without any of the afk bonuses. Can a system be added where if a player has not done anything productive, such as farming, attacking enemy champions, clearing jungle camps etc... they are considered afk by the game, like when you do absolutely nothing for 3 minutes? You have to actually play the game, not just sit in the fountain moving just a bit so you don't get flagged as being AFK.

These players should be perma-banned. They have absolutely no respect for other players and intentionally go out of their way to negatively impact other player's experiences.
