Is being intoxicated a reportable offense?

if they are that intoxicated then they are usually being verbally abusive in chat, toxic, or feeding maybe even pass out and afk ...

you can report for all those violations...

and people take the game was to fukin seriously thinking rank actually means something... it dont... .

funny thing about rank...

we all dont play on an even playing field as they do in PRO play. we arent on a lan connection private network with no lag or ping... all using the same equipment when it comes to PCs etc so stuff as fps, ms, packet loss, process speed etc can make or break a trade and end up to win loss...

just remember the actual point of the game is to have fun and enjoy it.

here is a thought about rank...

rank isnt something to be ashamed of. i feel rank is just a way for riot to put players of similar skill levels vs each other so they can have fair games and enjoy and have fun playing the game... hear me out...

you are bronze.. what if every game you matched vs plats and diamonds? and you get stomped up and down the map and the game is no fun to you.. are you likely to keep playing if that is what happens every time?

on the other hand if your plat/diamond whatever "high" elo if you playing vs people lower skill level then you is that fun not every being challenged? it would be like if you were to go play a game co op vs bots or a custom game vs bots and the difficult is set on easy?

how fun is that?

so in theory rank is there to put us vs people we have a chance to win against while being challenged so the game is fun and rewarding at the same time and keeps you playing..

No, not a game like League. If you want to get drunk and play games, play Call of Duty or Minecraft, one where if you die 40 times, other people can still enjoy it.

Just to clarify, I'm talking about DRUNK people. I enjoy a couple beers and League, but when you got back from a party after you've enjoyed 12 beers, 5 shots of tequila, and can't walk straight - that's when you don't jump on league.

The argument is straightforward so do try to follow; People putting on a PERFORMANCE, are not necessarily guilty. It is also important that whether someone is intoxicated is irrelevant as long as they do not violate the summoner code. Do you understand? it's not complicated.

I dislike people that do drugs in general, or those that drink while playing ranked.... but being drunk or high by itself is not something that I believe even a draconian system would punish.
