If you get 0 kills in a match you should get a warning, and if you do it again you should be forced to play 5 normal matches before you can play ranked again.

Thing about it, the feeders and trolls often go 0/something/0 or 0/something/something.

Or better yet, have it be ratio. So if they get 5 kills but die 20 times...guess what? WARNING and then back to normals if they violate minimum performance standards

And we all know that not getting a single kill in a match its hard to do if you are truly trying.

Lets punish those who want to play stupid in ranked and waste everyone's time. Force them to normals if they want to troll.

This is a horrible idea for a lot of reasons, not the least of which being that having a bad game is NOT against the rules, and, while unlikely, it is entirely possible to get 0 kills while not intentionally feeding or trolling as jungler/mid/top

Also, what if they're playing like a support/cc centered character top or jg? Like Nautilus, Zac, etc. You can have a really good game but get no kills because you simply aren't dishing out lots of damage.

Those reasons and more are why this is just a bad idea.
