Why are none of the people who call me a troll (and sometimes rage quit) getting banned?

It's really making my non-meta picks on my smurf very unenjoyable. They keep typing and typing and typing and getting away with it.

And I can't even use pick intent or they ban my pick (they don't get banned for that either).

  1. Don't hover your intented pick(s).
  2. The moment someone flames = mute.
  3. Report that idiot at the end.

  1. I started hovering Ashe instead of Twitch, so I at least don't fuck over team comp.
  2. .
  3. None of them are getting banned. Not even the ones who call me racism/homophobia words are getting banned. My reports aren't doing anything.

You have to remember that one or two games of flame wont get you banned. Consistent flaming will.

Me or the OP?

If me then I fail to see why.

If the OP I fail to see why.

Becuase you are causing it to happen. Not to say that you are at fault. But people hate off meta picks. So you are tilting them. But that is not their normal behavior so a single game of mild toxicity doesn't get them punished.

You also aren't going to know about other people's punishments the overwhelming majority of the time.

You get the popup if they are punished immediately after your game. So when people spam racism at me and then I get no popup.... It's kind of sad.

Then I get someone calling me "troll" all game and I just report them knowing it won't do anything, because the more severe person got away with it too.

Because it takes multiple reports beforw they're punished.

That does not seem to always be true either. I have heard several people mention they were a part of a group that reported someone and some of them got the message but not all.

The lack of a message that someone was reported is meaningless.
