Developer Work Ethic Failing the Game and Community and Not Punishing Toxic and Inting Players

It's literally every single game now that has a trolling, griefing, inting, cheating, afking, and horrible player that are ruining ranked, bots, and normal games. Riot has done absolutely nothing to address these issues and having a broken client, damage creep, creep block, overly powerful champions with no balance and inflated kits, matchmaking system that is one sided and clearly broken, and much more . . . . is not making anything better. Every game I've played so far has someone that just shouldn't be playing the game with me or they shouldn't be playing the game anymore period. The matchamking system is extremely one sided in any variation of games.

The Nunu said he was trolling and planned on it. We got into the game and he ran it down mid and fed a kill to the mid lane not even 1 minuet into the game. The Pyke purposely picked Pyke, despite him saying it was an accident (which I don't believe at all for a second) and he took smite and was never in lane. I qued support and wanted to carry and have fun as support. Because of two other inting and toxic players I had to play botlane all by myself and I had a amazing KDA and kept up in CS. I didn't enjoy the game though. I was flamed in lobby chat after the game for being a terrible support and the game was not enjoyable.

I had a 7 losing streak Senna Support player go ADC runes, take my cs, not support, W minions, never play up, and was obviously inting . . . and I said can you play Support and asked her to go just mid. She didn't and continued to delibrately annoy me and purpose so I left the lane and said I am not playing with her in botlane anymore. Guess what happens? I get a chat restriction for the player that sat there and inted and griefing on purpose because the Senna Support fed multiple kills begin with and continued to feed when I left the lane. It's ok though! I got punished for not playing in my role and lane and tried to carry and win the game. It's not the Senna, Pykes, or Nunu's fault. Let's also not even talk about all of the others games.

Riot, you are seriously pathetic. You want to give your community incentives to be nice and drama free towards others, but that is not the case at all. When it's game after game that I have to deal with this crap it amounts to a outcome that is not my fault or anyone else fault. Your poor work ethic and terrible choices are making the game unplayable. You really cannot be this clueless and pathetic at your jobs? You really cannot be this way.

You...don't know the meaning of work ethic, do you? All these assumptions, insults, and rage because you lost in a video game.

W minions is a completely valid strategy. The fact you don’t even try to understand why this is valid and you simply think you’re the boss is the problem here - not anyone else.

The problem was you telling her that you aren't playing with her in bot lane anymore. No need to say anything, OP. Do what you want. As long as you don't type nonsense in chat, you won't get punished. Unless you're being an obvious troll over multiple games. Why was the Senna not punished then? First, I don't know or can't say if they were or weren't. But I'm going to guess that they weren't because they most likely trolled you by action (If it was intentional, I'll get back to this). Its harder for Riot to follow through with actions than speech. Not to say, that they don't. It just takes longer!

I suggest that if you want to get out of Bronze, then duo Q. And play carry roles. Support won't get you out unless.. well, your eggs are being placed in a basket that can carry and does not have a hole in the bottom. [sg-miss-fortune]

Back to the Senna. Like, if you're farming and your Senna is just being horrible. Please don't tell them to go mid. Think about it, it makes them feel unwanted. Now, I don't know if they were doing it intentionally or not. But the bottom line is, don't say anything that can be taken as 'Negative', do not argue and do what you can to win. If you aren't enjoying yourself, you can roam etc. but do not type stuff that shows resentment or tells one that they are doing stuff wrong. It doesn't help especially if they are just learning and aren't actually doing it intentionally.
