Why do I get bronze teammates when I'm S3 and S2, you might ask? No idea.

Why does he not get punished, you might ask? No idea.

Why am I forced to hold back my sheer rage every time I see my jungler, mid and top 3v1 tower dive a nasus and all die? Because I don't wanna get banned for "toxicity" while they continue to ruin people's lives.

Either fix your matchmaking, or allow me to call those feeders any bad name I damn-well please.

And why am I losing 20 LP if my MMR is "quite higher than average?"

AND why am I destined to lose MMR just because you decided to put a feeding bronze player on my team?

Why does Silver exist at all if you're gonna just litter silver games with feeding bronze players all the damn time?

Well, if he is an intentional feeder, that means he would only be doing it to get a reaction, and you flaming him would not discourage him from playing Ranked ever again - quite the opposite, actually. It'd encourage him to keep doing it and piss off more people, because you've proven that he could get people to flame him and get themselves punished.

It's common knowledge on the internet that you don't feed the trolls.

Find another way. Shout at the computer screen, punch a pillow, squeeze a stress ball, screw around with a fidget-spinner, anything but jeopardize your account.

Personal advice - try breathing exercizes. Breathe in for four seconds, then out for seven. Four seconds in, seven seconds out. It helps - at the very least - regain focus and ease off some of the stress.

As someone who personally dealt with anger issues (and still deals with them today), there are a great many ways you can avoid letting your anger get the best of you.

It's just the fact that whenever someone has a bad game they deserve to never play ranked again in their lives. It'd be pretty damn hypocritical if you've ever gone 5/12, 2/10, 0/8, etc. and still had the audacity to play ranked. That would be absurd!

In your past 10 games you've played with 2 bronze players. One was a voli on the enemy team, one was a talon on yours who doubled your kills.
