But when you meet a person who is just an absolute ninny, you do have a responsibility of telling them that they are so. This goes back to the old "everyone gets a trophy" argument.

Its just not safe to let idiots go around proud of what is really their own stupidity. I really dont care very much about how it makes them feel. This is why Donald Trump is actually a candidate for office. The lower class does not realize that their brains do not work on complicated issues. No one ever told them that they were stupid and do not understand basic sense. So they get into this state where they have the wrong ideas and they just fight for it. You can never tell them that they are wrong because no one ever taught them shame.

Look. I know im an asshole. People have been telling me that my whole life. Its called shame. Ive had to develop people skills because of it. Otherwise, I would never be nice. Same with the intellectually stupid people. Its a classic paradigm.

The people im playing with are stupid and i'm doing them a favor. But everyone gets a trophy.

Did God himself anoint you as the proclaimer of all personality flaws?

No? I didn't think so

So again you didn't really answer his question. Who made you the sole person to decide? This is riot game and they are the only people who can decide that. Plus you really shouldn't judge people on one game but sadly everyone does. But that doesn't give you the right to tell them they are shit, or that they are horrible because of one little mess up. Not only that but most people who do bad in their games know full well they are bad, so why keep bringing it up? It's just going to make them play horrible. The mind set of people like you seem to think that if they tell people they are bad, by some miracle it will make them play better. That's not the case. You seem to forget not everyone is like you not only in this game, but life in general. Kids play this game who might not understand, as well as people with special needs. I'm sure they get told a lot of stuff that makes them feel horrible then to come to a game where they want to relax and enjoy only to see people like you to bring people down just makes them not want to play. Lastly you can't compare people you work with and random people you meet in this game. More often than not you won't ever play with the people you just played a match with, whereas your coworkers whom you probably known for years will still be there tomorrow!

In case you were wondering, I am the NICEST person at my work. I dont tell the stupid people that they are so and thats because they are 20 something and have been in a real job long enough to realize they arent that sharp.

And you know what, that makes me like them. It makes me able to be nice to them. Because they dont have a fucked up sense of self.

My case in point. Yesterday I was at the gym doing deadlifts in my steel toe boots when a gym attendant came over to me and told me that my boots were against the rules. I said show me the rules. So we walked over to the rules and when he couldnt show me the rule he wouldnt accept it. Because he cant accept the fact that he made a mistake. He cant accept it because he doesnt use rational to think. He uses emotion. He is bronze 5 gym attendant. Needs to understand he is stupid. Thats why I turned my back and started walking while he was still trying to speak to me.

No one has time for blatant, unrepentant stupidity.
