How to reduce cases of rage-support-tickets
All too often we see players come here posting about how they got banned and how Riot support would not help them.
And for most of us, it makes sense why Riot support was "unhelpful" in the not-so-humble opinion of the punished player. Usually the player issued ultimatums or was otherwise aggressive and uncommunicative with the support agent until support literally was forced to ban that player from making support tickets.
But what if there is a better way to handle this?
I think that if support agents looked past the player's demands and insults at least at first, they might be able to connect to the player and begin a line of communication through which the player and Riot could reach an understanding.
