"QQ moar noob! Learn to play the game!"

Personally I run into players who started league when I did... two or three times a year. Yet to see any of us post on the forums telling others that they are "cry babies," "salty," or that they just need to deal with things and "learn to play the game." If I had my way the people who feel that this is a good response to people on the forums (even if true), they'd have their rights to comment and reply removed for a bit until they read the section of what "Verbal Harassment" actually can entail. We used to remove people that made a habit of this... where did that go?

Getting angry on the forums is perfectly fine. Ranting and raving, as annoying as it is (even I am guilty of it sometimes), is perfectly fine. Disagreeing with someone is more than fine. This said, if you can't actually construct a statement concerning why you feel they are wrong, or if you feel their post is simply way off base - then just don't respond. The only one that looks like the jerk is you.

At least once per thread, nearly every thread, that I read in gameplay (about the only section that interests me) has someone telling a person that their problem doesn't exist and they need to learn to play the game, or to go away. Even if the thread is being backed by the vast majority.

We used to get punted off the forums for repeatedly telling people things like this, but there were far less of us to moderate. Therefore moderate yourself. If you really have nothing to say, and disagree with the post... move on. You are still wasting your time by typing out a quick, veiled insult... but now you just look like an idiot (these statements backfire when seen by those of a less volitile nature.).

Even if the thread is being backed by the vast majority.

That sort of implies you think harassing the minority is okay. I agree with the general sentiment of the post, but not that line.
