So, a question about IFS and all that.

To start off: No, I was not banned, or anything. I just have questions. :P

What exactly is punished with the system? 'cause, I rant in all chat about how greedy Riot is and how broken champs are every now and then, but I never really talk to people directly -- but I was given a 10-game chat restriction a long time ago. I haven't really changed, but never got another notification that I was being reported or anything.

So, how exactly does it work? Is there criteria that has to be met, or is it just whatever a large number of people report (and, if that's the case, could you be reported for being sickeningly positive every game and get punished?)?

Just kind of curious, since I see all these posts about people being banned and Riot's new Lyte smugly throwing around chat logs and whatnot acting all high and mighty.
