The first step to harassing someone and not sounding like a crying 8 year old is to understand that calling someone on your team bad is laughably ineffective. You are all in the same elo. Unless they are boosted, which is a very small portion of the community, they got to the same place you did. Calling them bad just makes you look really, really, really stupid.
