Can we "bookmark" a spot in a game when we report a player?

I know they probably don't even have the ability to do this, at least right now, but when you report someone I think it would be a good idea to bookmark a time in the game where it will automatically save a 10 second clip of the player you are reporting at that time you bookmarked. This would be uploaded into the trib for the player you report.

There are so many things players get away with because nobody can see what they were doing in game. The trib just has to go off chat logs and stats. I just had to deal with a player who would flash/smite jungle camps I was about to kill. Honestly have no idea how he even got set off but starting at the 4 minute mark he just went off the rails and started acting more toxic than anyone I've seen in awhile. It would be a CLEAR punishment if only they could just get a glimpse of what he was doing.

I only care because our system for getting rid of toxic players just DOESNT work. I have been playing this game since season 1 and this new season, just like all the seasons before it when they came out, is the most toxic season. Things should be getting better, not worse. I'm tired of playing this game when it is infested with such toxic players. I can come up with a thousand solutions for it, I just dont see Riot trying. AT LEAST TRY new things, I don't care if they aren't effective but if we at least see you trying to do something then its ok.
