Why are people playing cho?
That champion sucks right now as per his winrate. You know you're gonna miss all those skillshots anyway.

It really depends on the player and where you're getting your winrates from. Now, I don't know where a site may have accurate pro winrates so don't ask me. Most people don't consider where they're getting their winrates from because most of the League community are bronze or silver, which are the lowest ranks. So winrates are out of the queestion now, and it really depend on how well the player uses Cho.
People said Ashe sucked before her update, and I had a 80% winrate with her... :( Now everyone plays her.
