fix the client!

today i had to click the launcher icon 3 times to get it to open. my pc might not be the best, but i have played league on it even before i updated it and right now it can run Black Flag, so i dont think its a pc issue. there is also the longstanding bug of the imaginary firewall, there are lags when opening the shop, lagspikes in teamfights, the game starting and the client remains on home page (so for a moment you might not even understand the chamselect is over and procceed to hitting "play" again, only to be told that you are already part of a game) and much more. i'd prioritise fixing the client even more than balancing the game.
