In what world is Illaoi balanced?
She is the new definition of a lane bully. You have to pretty much leave her alone in lane because you have to run back to base to get out of her range.

She's 'balanced' in the same world she's a 'Juggernaut' with a Gapclosing Auto Reset on a 6 second or less cooldown.
Riot purposely leaves new champs strong as all hell so people will buy them. It will balance out in a patch of two.
all her tentecles are easy as hell to dodge even with out boots but that scaleing is still bs

I bought her and think she is balanced. I also played a few games against her and the E that everyone is complaining about...you do realize if you kill 3 tentacles it goes away, right? Thats 6 auto attacks total and you get some gold too. What's so hard about that? They only attack every 10 seconds or so, you just move left or right to dodge it when you see it swinging.
