Riot doesn't seem to get that majority of players dislike this. Ive never seen a poll done for it so here's straight forward simple one. Maybe if they see how many people are for or against it, they'll actually do something.
Reminder, only voting doesn't keep the post bumped. Also you can comment on if you feel purchasing a new champ should also lock them out of ranked for a few days. Just an idea.

In certain elo's, no. But there really shouldn't be any reason that any champion can't get played in a game other than a bug or something is wrong with the character on a coding aspect. If people have put the time in on the PBE playing the champion why should they get punished for not being able to play something that they've been meticulously practicing?
They don't let champions that are recently reworked or newly released play in the LCS right away, they make them wait beyond the normal patch delay. I see no reason why the same policy shouldn't extend to ranked.
