I never leave a game intentionally, I restart my computer when LoL is frozen and I can't even move my mouse at all. Restarting my cpu is the only option I have to get back into the match. Pls lift this lower queue matchmaking. This is the 2nd time it happened already holy hell.

People with technical issues aren't collateral damage, they are also a target of the system. You have a computer issue you need to fix before queuing up again. "I hope my computer doesn't freeze this time" is not an acceptable solution. You are going to keep rightfully earning those low priority queues if you don't fix your issue.

Virgin Ray1 votesMy cpu is fine, I run all other games and it doesn't freeze at all. LoL is the only problem game that freezes occasionally. I tried reinstalling it before. If you could give me help that would be awesome.
Sakaru1 votesYour computer isn't fine, or you wouldn't be freezing. Avast! Boot Time Scan would be my first step, to see if it's a software issue rather than a hardware issue. Can take a LONG ass time though, so I'd do it overnight (Can take 5~10 hours on some computers. Not even kidding. It's thorough).
Other than that, there are too many issues it could be for us to really help you. You need to track down whether your CPU is actually the issue, or if it's a Motherboard/RAM/PSU issue, or whether it's a software issue.. So on and so forth.
WhiteDragunov1 voteshey before u pulverize this kid about his lol connection, it is true that lol can have server connection issues on its own, it gets updated every week and i got kicked out of the game multiple times due to the update. and i cant connect because of its update.

So it probably isn't actually that. But no matter what the issue is, you know you have it and it is your responsibility to resolve it before queuing.

SmokedAlmonds1 votesIt doesn't detect that it is specifically a computer problem. It just detects that you left. And the fact that it was a computer problem does not change anything. The system does not care why you left, only that you did leave. Everyone gets a bit of leniency for w/e rare issues may come up, but if you are being punished you have used up that slack.

We understand that players may be forced to leave from time to time so the system has been designed to keep these situations in mind. After leaving a few games, you will be placed into a low priority queue; as long as you can complete 5 matchmade games without leaving, you will be returned to the normal queue. However, if you continue to leave games, you will remain in the low priority queue.
