Elo boosting. High Elo players go on smurfs and carry low elo players really high. How do I know this is happening?
Well mostly because I have done it. 2 of my plat friends and I have been carrying our bronze friend out of bronze. He is currently silver 2. the problem with this is that my bronze friend is still bronze skill and can't win a single ranked game without us.

Yah no shit, the problem is we are going to be finding players in high gold maybe even plat but un- likely who have been carried there by friends on smurf accounts.

Elo boosting is actually when a higher skilled player plays on a lower ranked account to boost it. This is just two friends carrying another. Not necessarily a major problem, more like a small loophole

Nope this is legal elo boosting.
