I ended up with AP Support Runes on Gangplank and nobody had smite so they got uncontested Dragons & Baron as well as free access to our jungle.

Someone could have gone JG with an unconventional pick. The guy is a prick and we won't have a solution until Ranked Team Builder rolls out (it is on the way, if you didn't know), but for now, if you don't dodge you need to work with what you have.
yep trolls this is why riot needs to allow you to leave at player selections instead of punishing you for 15 min . tired of trolls banning champs you request not to ban , and calling a lane after you and saying i will report you with my friends !
