There are many champions who don't "need" their passive, but their kits are simply complemented by it, or it gives them an identity.

If ur talking a out frozen course yasuo the damdge is all the extra ad he gets from the 2 + some extra fo from his second auto attackattack known as his q (all his ad + a bit extra depending on rank) the attack speed from tri force making it spammable and furver... Plus never dying thanks to the tank items.

Yasuo is not broken tho FYI, he is balanced by being hard. Yesterday I ed an azir and I took a tower shot trying to do a trade level 1, boy did that fuck me over. Level 6 mastery tho, so I can play him well ;) Also damage yasuo needs his passive to do the things he does. Also to counter him and all assassins / shortrangvshortrangve burstmages play malzahar. If he is banned that might have been me
