PSA: Give Karthus a skin already!

Seriously, Karthus hasn't had a proper skin in about 5 YEARS. Even with his VU, and that LCS skin that Doesn't really count as a skin since Riot says those don't mess with champion skin schedules. I have literally looked throught the Entire Champion Roster and besides Yorick, Karthus is the ONLY champ who has gone without a non-LCS skin. (which was Pentakill back in '11) This has gone long enough, It's time to finally give the Lich what he deserves Rito!
