It could be my mmr, but i doubt it considering I gain 22 a win and lose 18. But my teams always look like this. My team: S1, S1, S1, G5, Me G2 vs. G5, G5, G4, G3, G1
How in any way, shape, or form are those teams fair?

you have the mmr of a silver 1 player at 1438 in rating.
so yeah you getting matched appropriately.
it is your mmr although lolking mmr is not accurate at all, the difference between G2 mmr and low gold mmr is not that high. and your team consists of high silver, which have a high mmr most of the time since they will be golds soon.
Outside of the G1 guy, this looks like a pretty standard low gold match.
The S1 players probably have high MMR for their ranking, and are just working on their climb still.
Normals is prettybad too. Last game i was against 3 plats and a D4
