How to report a bug?

I've seen a couple of bugs in game that I want to tell Rito about, namely:

Camille's W occasionally consumes charges of Relic shield and it's up grades, and kills the nearest enemy minions hit, despite the fact this should only happen on auto attacks.
Kat's passive is affecting Hextech item cooldowns. I'm not sure why this is happening, but both of these have happened to me while playing them multiple times, and I feel like someone should know about these. Thanks!

Go to the "Report a Bug" board. There is a sticky there for the format and needed information and you just post to that board to do it.

EDIT AGAIN: Your bug in 1. isn't a bug. Here is the description of the item passive: UNIQUE – SPOILS OF WAR: Melee autoattacks execute minions below 200 - 285 (based on level) health. Killing a minion by any means heals you and the nearest allied champion for 15 health and grants them kill gold. These effects require an allied champion within 1050 units of the user and consume a charge. Recharges every 40 seconds. Max 2 charges.
