What exactly are those strategies i see in LCS?
Almost every game, the majority of the team will all go to one area at the beginning of game. Is this for leashing or what?

It's not a leash. It's warding deep to check for lane swaps. (Bot lane going top and top to bot)
They are invading the jungle to get information of what champions are going where and they all stick together so they do not get caught out solo.
